Return Window
- You may return most new, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
- To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Final sale, clearance, or customized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@flywayoutfitters.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package your item and ship it back to Flyway.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- If your return is not approved, we will notify you with a reason and return the item at your expense.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll make it right immediately.
